Loyalty discounts only apply in a case you extend your annual insurance continously year by year. This means that the discount is calculated for consecutive years only, not for the total number of years you were insured with the MultiTrip.
Yes, if you register in our client zone, you automatically get 10% discount for the first year. However, this discount cannot be combined with discount in the loyalty program. For the second year, i.e. after the first renewal, you are entitled to a 15% loyalty discount.
We are pleased you trust to our services, we appreciated that! However, the new loyalty program only applies to the new MultiTrip insurance. As soon as you switch from the old MultiTrip to the new one, you become eligible for the loyalty program discount. As our loyal client you will receive 15% OFF immediately when you switch to the new MultiTrip.
If you renew your MultiTrip for the fifth time, you are entitled to the highest possible loyalty discount of 25%. This discount is now permanent and will apply to you for all future years (unless you cancel your annual insurance).
