ERV Evropska continues to offer travel insurance options that cover the risks associated with COVID-19 to orange, (dark) red and unmarked destinations, namely our product SingleTrip combined with Cancellation Plus. When you arrange other insurance options, COVID-19 risks will be covered only in destinations marked green.
- Our assistance center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and ready to help you in any emergency during your stay abroad. We don't use voice machines and our experienced operators speak English.
- When travelling, a lot of people do not realise that the level of healthcare in foreign countries is often much lower than we are used to in the Czech Republic. We are the only insurance company that personally checks the quality of the health care facilities in order to ensure that you will always get high standard care.
- In addition to the quality, you can be also surprised by the higher prices and especially the additional payments for health care abroad. Do not rely on the European Health Insurance Card which is valid in public healthcare facilities only and does not include assistance services, or credit card travel insurance that may not have sufficient insurance limits to cover the costs.
- You will not have to pay anything at our partner healtcare providers. You just have to sign the bill and we will take care of everything.
