Prague, June 25, 2021 - We feel with those who have been hit by strong storms, wind or even a tornado in the last days. We realize that the coming weeks will not be easy and that many people will have to cancel their planned holidays.
In this context, we would like to remind you that cancellation insurance also takes into account these situations. Serious damage to the residence is one of the reasons for cancellation insurance. In addition to the insurance conditions, we have also decided to accept cancellation in cases where the residence of family members, i.e. parents, children or siblings, is damaged.
Everyone who has purchased our cancellation insurance (through a travel agency or directly) and has to cancel the trip has the opportunity to use the damage report via our website, mobile or e-mail. We will deal with these damages as a matter of priority.
