Výzva k účasti v tendru na auditorské služby

Výše uvedené společnosti mají v úmyslu zveřejnit soutěž o zakázku na audit roční účetní závěrky a výroční zprávy za účetní rok 2020 (od 1. ledna 2020 do 31. prosince 2020) v souladu s článkem 16 Nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) č. 537/2014 ze dne 16. dubna 2014. Rozsah zakázky bude zahrnovat i audit rozvahy/výkazů dle Solvency II v případě, že legislativa ČR stanoví takovou povinnost.

Upozorňujeme vás na současnou výzvu k účasti v tendru na auditorské služby za účetní rok 2020 pro Münchener Rückversicherungs-Gesellschaft Aktiengesellschaft v Mnichově a další dceřiné společnosti zahrnuté do konsolidované účetní závěrky.

Auditoři a auditorské společnosti mohou informovat o svém zájmu účastnit se nabídkového řízení do 18:00 hodin dne 28. února 2018 prostřednictvím kontaktní adresy Audit_Tender@munichre.com s využitím formuláře uvedeného na domovské stránce Munich Re.

Invitation for Tenders for the Audit Engagement

The above-mentioned companies intend to put the engagement for the audit of the annual financial statements and the annual report for the financial year 2020 (1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020) out to tender in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) no. 537/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014. The invitation for tenders will include the audit of the Solvency II balance sheet in case local CZ legislation will prescribe such duty.

We would draw your attention to the simultaneous invitation for tenders for the audit engagement for the financial year 2020 for Münchener Rückversicherungs-Gesellschaft Aktiengesellschaft in München and other subsidiaries included in the consolidated financial statements.

Auditors and audit firms may advise their interest in participating in the invitation for tenders by 6 p.m. CET on 28 February 2018 via the contact address Audit_Tender@munichre.com using the form provided on Munich Re’s homepage.
